Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were excellent and welcoming. Only negative is not been able to provide an iron for my clothes .

The only issue was the no WIFI in the rooms . But otherwise great staff and really close to the metro

It was a clean hotel with extremely helpful staff

Though there were things needing putting right, the hotel was really clean with lovely staff who were always pleased to help

Our family stayed for three nights in July 2019. Parents had a superior room, which was nice, and kids had a three bed room, which was hot and worn out: fridge did not work, furniture was broken and the airconditioning smelled like sewage. Covers of the sofas in the lobby were worn broken and the showers were tiny. Overall friendly service and hotel was tidy and location very practical, close to Roma Termini. Breakfast did the job...and you can find plenty of cafes with authentic atmosphere and great coffee nearby. I would recommend this hotel for budget travelling if you don't want to spend too much time in the hotel.
