Walking distance to Spanish steps, trevi fountain. Convenience stores nearby. Walking distance to many dining options. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included- tasty. Depends where room is facing, can be noisy with car and siren noises. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Area was ideal for tourists but the hotel itself was rundown and not clean. The condition of the room was poor: - Black mould and evidence of previous water damage on ceiling in bathroom - Bathroom mirror smashed and chipped around edges - Bath tub scratched with dirt in grooves - plug sockets hanging off walls - marks all over walls and carpet - generally room not clean, layers of dust on sides upon check-in even Only positives were location, breakfast and reception staff but we can't overlook the price paid for the room and the condition it was in.

We stayed in room 209 which is listed as a superior room. It was very nice but small which is quite standard for Rome, I wouldn't want to see a standard room as that may well be too small. Staff are excellent throughout, really a credit to the business and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is well located near some nice restaurants and within 20 minutes walk of almost everything you want to see in Rome. I'd stay here again.

First off, the staff were pleasant, always smiling and attentive. They helped with everything and really made our stay perfect. The room is clean, modern and there isn't much to complain about. The location is walkable to all the big sites in Rome and is walkable from the train station. The only time we ever took a taxi was to get to the airport. How can you beat that?
