The staff was excellent and friendly, and the location was convenient. However, our room was in their second building, and our elevator went out for 24 hours. We had to walk up and down one floor to get to our room, which was extremely inconvenient. We also got locked out of the main hotel, because the closed the door access from our side. We had to go to the basement laundry area to then find our way out. Additionally, our rooms floor was sticky and dirty, and our shower had extreme mold and mildew, as well as a broken blind over the shower window. We had to pin a hand towel over the blind so no one could see into our shower from another room. The hotel staff apologized and said they would address it, but the mold was never cleaned properly and the blind was never fixed. This hotel is definitely not worth the cost. A big disappointment and was the low point of our trip to Rome

Este hotel es muy acogedor, la gente es muy amable y en todo momento me sentí segura en las instalaciones. Está muy bien ubicado ya q se se puede visitar los lugares más imperantes de Roma simplemente caminando. el vaticano o el coliseo Romano está como a 30 min, Las gradas españolas como a 8 minutos. La piazza del popolo a 2 minutos. Además se puede tomar transporte público a un par de cuadras! El Desayuno buffet es espectacular!!! Tiene una variedad exquisita de panes, pasteles, embutidos, frutas, quesos, huevos!!!! Sin lugar a duda este hotel fue mi mejor elección en Roma. Seguro q regresaría!!!! 1000% recomendado!

The hotel is ideally located! It’s very convenient for walking to all the sights and attractions, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. However, I have to say, Brillo, which is the restaurant attached to the hotel was particularly wonderful with the best staff. Equally wonderful were the hotel staff, from reception staff to the bellhop!

The property is just ok not 3 star for sure , but the room was very dark. Despite requesting extra towels three times, they were never delivered. The breakfast was just okay, and I would not pay extra for it.

We had a great welcome with lots of helpful suggestions from reception staff re places to visit and how best to get there. Rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfast buffet was excellent. An added bonus was the rooftop cocktail bar.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Roma. Very nice accommodations and the staff was excellent. Several restaurants and coffee shop are on the premises, making it easy to grab and go. Check it out for a quick visit or a long stay!

The hotel is conveniently located and has many good qualities. Unfortunately, our experience was not great due to the noise every night from the hotel’s rooftop restaurant and bar. Although it closes at 2am the staff move tables and chairs around after that. My room was on the fourth floor and the noise disturbed me but didn’t prevent me from sleeping. However, my niece’s room was on the fifth floor and she could not sleep even with ear plugs. We both went up to complain and were told the bar would close within minutes (not true) and that they would not move furniture (also not true). The staff told my niece the noise she heard was caused by the wind - which was preposterous. I suppose if you select a room on a lower floor this hotel is fine but if you’re on the fourth or fifth floor, ask to move immediately.
