Excellent location with perfect views of the Puente Nuevo. Great room and breakfast with friendly staff. Parking at the La Merced after dropping off luggage at the hotel was fine. Would stay here again.

The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommended!

The room was epic... overlooking the gorge from 2 different perspectives. Clean with lots of space. The staff provided excellent customer service and the food in the restaurant was top notch. Some of the best we've had in Spain! Located close to all the major sites. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Walkable to so many of the sights. Onsite parking was so handy. Room was great except there were gale force winds and rain the night we were there so the doors whistled all night and the floors got wet. But it’s a historical property so this was likely an exception. Views of the area were epic and we felt spoiled every time we saw our room from a distance.

Amazing location, close to everything in Ronda, great hotel very clean. Lovely swimming pool to cold for us to use but we knew that before we arrived. Convenient parking. Stayed in many Paradors, the only negative is the coffee at breakfast, way to strong and bitter!
