The woman on the desk couldn’t have been more helpful allowing me to access my room a bit earlier so that I could change and reach the wedding I was attending on time. Going that extra little bit was really appreciated. Don’t lose her!!

Functional and economical. Convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. But… Tiny room - can sleep up to four apparently but sleep is all you can do. Barely room to walk around the beds and not even a chair! Bare minimum of towels and toiletries provided. AC malfunctioned and cooked us for most of the night.

Using the pre-check in was a waste of time as all information had to be entered upon arrival. Bathroom should have been cleaner with the appropriate number of towels, facecloths for 2 people. No trim milk available - not a good offering. Disappointed in quality.

Everything; swap card didn’t work four or five times; when told the gentleman at reception who said we should come to the reception; only way to reception was in heavy rain. weather was very bad; arrived very early but still couldn’t get in till 2:45 pm due to technical issues; view was for city but was told it’s for people booked for extra days; happy to send the city view photo we took; got the view of people in bed at Novotel
