Construction Chaos

Due to the constant construction, you cannot get a taxi or Uber to drop you off at the doors. This is very inconvenient when you have a lot of bags with you or if you're waiting for an Uber. There was also no warning that there could be workmen outside your window.

The hotel provided five-star treatment throughout my stay. Our room on the 13th floor offered a spectacular view overlooking the river and the O2. The accommodation was immaculately clean with a spacious bathroom. While I didn't use the gym during this visit, it's excellently equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. The breakfast featured an extensive buffet with options to satisfy every palate

Terrible car parking experience

We have stayed here numerous times in the past without issues but this time was terrible. Firstly I want to say that all the breakfast and bar staff are amazing and we had no issues there. But during our four night stay we were woken up twice by room service (even though we had ‘do not disturb’ on), one morning they knocked on the door three times in an hour. We parked our car at the hotel (at £52 a night) and advised them of this during check-in. On the third morning of our stay we were woken up by a phone call from reception at 7:45 with the person quite aggressively saying ‘you have a car in the car park which needs to be moved now’ they offered for someone to collect our keys and move it for us, which we declined. Ten minutes later another call, more aggressive ‘move your car, we have a private function and it’s in the way’. No ‘please’ no ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Five minutes later yet another call from the manager with the same tone, demanding we moved the car immediately, and at the point where she started shouting at me I hung up the phone. We were basically hounded until we moved the car along with another 10-12 people/cars. When checking out we asked for a discount to the parking charges which they seemed to be surprised about. This could’ve been handled so much better and really leaves a sour taste to what would have been another decent stay.

Perfectly located for an O2 concert! We stayed in an apartment room, which would have been ideal for a longer stay. The easy tube ride into central London made it incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore tourist attractions as well.

Great stay for O2 concerts

This is the second time we stayed here for an O2 concert, and the location is perfect—super convenient for getting to the venue with no hassle. The breakfast is great too! We're are booked for another night, but the price has doubled for our next visit. The rates do seem to fluctuate depending on demand, which is a bit disappointing. Still, it's a great hotel, and for the convenience I'm willing to pay the extra.

I was harassed by security on several occasions. What I was I doing? I was walking through the front door into the foyer and on my way to get the elevator to my room. Completely disgraceful. I reported it to reception and the reply I received was blah blah blah.

Wow fantastic place.

Wow, what a fabulous hotel, everything was perfect, from check in with the friendly staff, to a fantastic room with a view on the 7th floor, definitely worth the money, to breakfast, every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming from house keeping, security guard to front of house waiting staff. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, such was the amazing night view we didn’t close the curtains! Just a pity the sky bar was closed on Sunday as we would have liked to experience that. Just means we will have to come back! You are literally 2 mins walk via a connecting walk way from hotel to the O2.

Lovely experience. Beautiful views. Right next to O2 arena. Seperate enough feel like a getaway. Close to public transportation and amenities. Hotel staff were excellent. Sauna, steamroom and pool were clean and modern. Restaurant meal was good. Amazing service. Will return.

The best possible location to visit the O2 due to the link taking us straight to arena without leaving the hotel. We visited as 4 couples and found out on check in that our rooms had been upgraded to apartments so we had spacious rooms with great views Colbert the Thames to Canary Wharf.

Excellent to visit a show at the 02 extremely convienient. We checked in and headed to our room i then called doen to ask how the complimentary expedia free drinks worked. 10 minutes on the phone to be told i needed a voucher. I said i would collect it on the way down to the concert. The bar that it could be used in was closed by 7pm so i thought ill use it in yhe morning to get a coffee on the way out. still closed at 9.30am in the morning. Had the voucher been handex to me at time of check in, the bar was open and directly next to reception, i felt this was deliberate tactic to stop us from using the voucher.
