Nice place to stay. Very clean room and in a pretty convenient location. Restaurants are within walking distance, and parking was convenient and off-street. Overall a good place to stay in Rotorua.

Clean & spacious rooms with 2 comfortable queen beds. And quiet Staff very courteous and helpful when requests were made for extra items Good location to lake and bus routes to sightseeing or tours. We would Recommend One note: The outdoor pool area is small so don’t expect a large lounge chairs area etc.. But nice to have the pool for anyone wanting to enjoy a dip or a beverage in the outdoor sitting area
