We stayed 4 nights and the room was never vacuumed, the room was bad small, I went to look under the bed and found a dirty baby nappy, they probably never cleaned under the bed, the gym was so dirty, it seems like they never cleaned it. I never recommend this place.

We loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom which actually warmed the whole room up so didn't need to put the heat pump. We enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant and loved the open fire there.

Check in was easy. Nice view of the lake from our room. Giant outdoor boardgame. Room was nice. Floor was very creaky. Felt sorry for our neighbours. Check out was fast. While place is outdated & smelt musty. Cupboards are falling off in the room. No cloth or tea towel supplied. Under floor heating in bathroom. Shower pressure was awesome! No lift to second floor. No offer of help with baggage. Nice place across the road makes yummy burgers other than the restaurant they have at the V. R.
