Nice staff. Weird room layout. Couldn’t turn light off (maintenance came to see and agreed, but did nothing). Great views. Very close to team and metro. Very clean. Sauna and steam room nice. Bathrobes are lush!

This was the highlight of our 4 day trip in Netherlands. Had a great view from our room of the Erasmus bridge. The service from the lady at reception (Tess) was excellent and made our experience special. Can't wait to go and stay at the Haven Hotel again!

We I arrived at the hotel, They suggested an upgrade and I agreed. When I got to the room the bed had a footer. I’m 6’5” and that did not fit me. Had to return to the front desk to change my room. I asked for my original room back. They put me in another room with a sauna. I didn’t want a sauna and we did not use the sauna. When I was checking out they charged me for the room with the sauna. I requested a refund and they said it would have to be approved by a manager. They never got back to me. Poor customer service. Would not go back.
