Hotel steps are tiled. But broken steps Lots of people sitting there smoking on them . Area very dirty.. We had 2 rooms one had air con the other had a electric fan

Great location and friendly staff, room was compact but had a TV with English channels and a kettle. There isn’t a fridge. The bathroom is big and shower etc were good. We had an issue in that the catch on the window broke on our first day, someone came to look at it but it wasn’t repaired for the duration of our visit. Possibly a hotel for a younger clientele.

This hotel was absolutely difficult to deal with. I accidentally booked the wrong night & even with 6 weeks notice they were difficult about changing it as it was a non-refundable rate. As a result they took my money but never accommodated me. I won’t ever be staying with them as they were a source of considerable stress.

Great Stay, Good Location

Had a great stay - clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is available for an additional cost, while tea and coffee are complimentary. The bathroom was a good size, with a small glass divider that helped keep water contained. Great location, and we were able to rent bicycles there and explore most of Rotterdam in 24 hours! Everything was as described in the listing.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The wifi was off and never reappeared. Although it did not need it, the room was not cleaned every day. It was very convenient for Rotterdam Central Station - easy walking distance. 30 minutes walk to the Erasmus Bridge. 15 minutes walk to numerous restaurants. Decent local bars/restaurants 3 minutes walk.

If you trying solo or as a couple and need a good place to stay I would recommend staying here. The outside meant to look trendy but I think it takes away of what is on offer inside. The rooms are great and the price per night is as excellent when I compared to other places to stay at the time. Only down point was WiFi was not working in the rooms which wasn’t great but once that is fixed I would have given it 5 stars in everything

The hotel had a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile (we even got compliments from one of the lovely ladies as we headed out for the evening, which was very kind!). The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. We also really appreciated the free tea and especially coffee available all day in the cafeteria. That said, we stayed in room 602, and there were a few issues: only one power socket worked, which was quite inconvenient. The window let in cold air, and there was a loud noise we couldn’t figure out and turn off until the next day, which turned out to be the air con. Also, the in-room tea didn’t come with milk or sugar and it would have been helpful to have two extra towels provided since it was a double room. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few small things that could be improved. I would recommend/stay here again. Thank you Rotterdam Teleport Hotel team.

Staff were great, very welcoming. Rooms were good for us but mainly to sleep in as we were mainly spending time to visit the city (free coffee in the morning was fantastic). Location was brilliant, a short walk from the station AND city centre. Would stay again if visiting Rotterdam!

We had the only room with a balcony which was great as the aircon in the room wasn't working and we were able to sit on the balcony which was cooler than sitting in the room. The room is on a corner so gets a lot of sun although the curtains helped keep some of the heat out. Rotterdam Centraal Railway Station was about a 10 minute walk away. There is a convenience store around the corner and a few Restaurants nearby.

We had a lovely welcome and you couldn’t fault the service at the desk. The room was basic which was fine - it had what we needed. Unfortunately the aircon didn’t work very well, the room had large windows and the sun was streaming in so it was far too hot. We could have dealt with that as we spent very little time in the room. It was somewhere to sleep whilst we explored the city. However on the floor above us there was a group of very noisy people partying into the night as well as an irate guest who kept banging on the walls and shouting ‘shut up’ so a fairly disturbed night. This may have been a one off and it was a shame as our initial impressions were really positive.
