We booked this hotel mainly due to convenient location and good customer review. Check-in was easy but the room assigned was street-facing so not as quiet as we asked. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. Overall we were happy to stay this hotel.

The hotel is next to Chinatown, not far away from Centraal Station. The staffs are friendly. The room is spacious. Definitely will recommend to stay here again.

This Hotel is great! With very nice facilities in the room and fantastic lounge area! The staff is really lovely and friendly and all speak english also which is great help. If i am to come back to Rotterdam again this hotel would be my only choice

We had a lovely 4 night stay at The James Hotel. Service was great and staff were very welcoming and accommodating as we arrived early and they let check in rsrly no extra charge.rooms wete great we had a double and twins they were both clean and the bed was very comfy and the shower was really refreshing. The only negative which is not anything the hotel can do was the cars beeping and driving loud and fast up and down the road outside until 2-3am on Friday and zsaturday nights. Overall though we had a wonderful stay and would defo go back again as its very central to everywhere and has so many great restaurants and shops close by.

Location is good and staff are friendly but there is a construction work just next door so it will be noisy in the morning if you don’t stay at a higher floor. Our landline didn’t work for the whole time and even we reported the issue, no one came to fix it. The housekeeper never put the slippers tidy. Only 2 set of towel for each person, no bathrobe. The most annoying thing is the pillows. They are too high and no alternatives to change. I have to sleep on my clothes instead.

Excellent customer service. Front of house were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The sucure parking is awesome. Room was very well presented and the bathroom was luxurious. Conveniently located for easy access to shops, transport and sights Would definately stay here again 5 stars all round
