Average hotel but great value

Pros: very good value
Cons: It is fine for a cheap place. Small and reasonably tidy.
Just wanted a stay for one night for a party of 6. 3 twin rooms booked. Free parking and helpful receptionist. the hotel is a bit tatty and tired looking and rooms small. Central location. Bathrooms are small but fit for purpose. Did not use restaurant. Comfortable beds and double glazing works well to keep sound out despite proximity to major roads. Clunky lifts. is what it is for the price.

Good location. Good value for money

The parking doesn't seem to be fully built. Although there were loads of spaces it wasn't really easy to park our car. Good to know: late checkin is possible.

belle chambre à ROUENT

Pros: grande chambre,propre,lumineuse,et elle ne pue pas comme l'on écrit certaines personnes
Cons: la descente du parking,et l’ascenseur qui fait attraction de fête foraine
Location: très belle ville,avec plein de choses à voir.
J'ai lu beaucoup de critiques sur cette hôtel,mais il ne mérite pas tous les noms d'oiseaux que des personnes lui attribuent.

Expérience décevante avec le personnel étage.

Le personnel étage est beaucoup trop bruyant (parle très fort dans les couloirs). C'est très désagréable. Sinon chambre confortable (literie, bureau, eau chaude, café, thé, TV) convient pour un court séjour seulement. Wifi gratuite mais notre code de connexion n'était pas actualisé donc on n'a pas pu essayer. Propreté des murs de la salle de bain à revoir ainsi que la poussière sous les lits. Avec quelques améliorations, cet hôtel pourra offrir de meilleures prestations.

Déçue

Hôtel très bruyant et moyennement propre. Lit de mauvaise qualité. Salle de bains sentait l'humidité et des biscuits avaient été mangés, l'emballage resté sur la table. Seul point positif équipement de bain dans la salle de bain et de bouilloire avec thé et café à disposition comme dans tous les hôtels de la chaîne.

SEJOUR KYRIAD ROUEN

Le matelas n'était pas super confortable, la chambre un peu exigue sinon équipement climatisation et cafetière inclus avec café et eau à disposition ce qui est agréable car les petits déjeuners sinon sont un peu cher 9 € par personne. Par contre gros bruit de générateur qui s'est reproduit plusieurs fois au cours de la soirée et de la nuit donc pas top à ce niveau là je ne sais pas si c'était lié à la clim moi perso je l'avais coupé la nuit...

hygiène chambre

Le confort aurait été optimal si les femmes de chambre avaient pensé à nettoyer le support de papier toilette; tâches pas très hygiéniques retrouvées en dessous; situation incommodante.
