    Unkomplizierte Übernachtung

    Haben extrem kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Rouen gesucht und bei Emilien gefunden. Von der Innenstadt ca. 3,5 km entfernt, aber ein Supermarkt ist durchaus fussläufig zu erreichen.

    Super Häuschen mitten drin!

    Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 6 Kindern und einem Hund in dem hübschen Stadthäuschen. Der kleine Garten ist eingezäunt und alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden. Es ist sauber und zentral. Genau danach haben wir gesucht :)

    Très bien pour une étape

    *le propriétaire* est très sympathique et disponible. Il nous a bien expliqué tout le fonctionnement de sa maison. Le quartier n’est pas celui auquel on s’attend malheureusement mais le centre de Rouen est très joli. La maison, à l’intérieur, est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit bémol concerne le nettoyage qui n’est pas assez fait en profondeur et un store manquant dans la chambre du haut. Concernant le prix, pour avoir pu comparer d’autres logements dans la ville, je trouve cela un peu exhaustif surtout qu’il faut impérativement ajouter 5 euros (+3 facultatifs) pour avoir des draps (bien mentionné dans l’annonce mais cher au final). Il serait également préférable de mettre les draps à l’avance, plus secs, car nous avons eu la surprise d’aller au lit dans des draps encore humides. En bref, un logement qui pourrait être sympa mais dont quelques détails devraient être revus afin d’avoir un rapport qualité/prix correct.

    Nous avons réservé la maison entière pour 8 personnes. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très arrangant ! Nous avions besoin de quelques heures de plus avant de partir. Encore merci !

    Logement propre Propriétaire extrêmement gentil 100% a l'écoute et très serviable rien a redire hormis 2 petit bémol sans gravité il y avait la chasse d'eau des wc qui fonctionné 1 coup sur 2 et la poignée de porte d'entrée un peut dur à fermer A par sa tout était au top

    Belle situation, calme, grand couchage

    Réservé pour un week end familial. Le grand nombre de couchae proposé, la possibilité de parking, le jardin arrière, tout est ok ... Bref c'tait un temps normand avec beaucoup d'humidité. Propriétaire présent, accueillant et à l'écoute. C'est lui-même qui a fait le ménage. Attention tout de même, il est facile de manger à 4 ou 6 pas à 9 personnes. Formalités faciles, souvenir de week end agréable
