A wonderful, well maintained hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. I had two issues: 1) our room wasn't cleaned every day, probably didn't get any cleaning for about 3-4 days. The towels were changed but nothing else. 2) I had to complain several times for people being very loud past midnight. Those guest played extremely loud music and were jumping up and down. This was very ditruribing and unpleasant.

Fun & quick away

This was a great prize and location very close to Kalahari. The staff was GREAT!!! The town experience a power outage during our stay. They kept us abreast during the whole situation. Never felt uncomfortable or unsafe.

Hotel had no power until about 10pm or so. Which meant, we were in rooms with no power, no a/c and no access to vending machines or the bar downstairs for drinks of any sort. Our floor had kids running up and down the halls yelling until all hours until another guest stepped into the hallway and told them and the parents to knock it off. Upon checking out, no apologies offered for the restless night. We had seriously considered leaving the hotel completely and losing our money, but the kids were tired. The breakfast was subpar, it it was a free hotel breakfast, so we weren’t expecting too much

Perfect spot for Dell Diamond Park

Very clean and the staff were very kind & accommodating. We loved that it was a short walk to the ballpark and surrounding restaurants were delicious.

It is a very convenient place to stay when we're in Round Rock visiting family. The breakfast is pretty atrocious (scrambled powdered eggs like rubber) but the coffee is fairly good. The front desk staff was awesome, as is housekeeping.
