"I chose this property because of its unique charm, privacy(on 27 acres), location in the Hoh Rainforest, and the multitude of very positive reviews and it more than met all my expectations. Kamala is an amazing host with excellent communication skills(written notes all over the home to help you navigate the somewhat quirkiness of the property) , quick responses before, during and after our stay, wonderfully special and off the beaten path recommendations(Oil City Beach), and was very welcoming. Kamala’s property is thoughtfully stocked(rain ponchos, beach towels, towels for the outdoor shower, shoes for getting wet, kitchen supplies(foil, baggies, spices etc). She has designed her property so charmingly with 4 unique outdoor seating areas, trails through the forest that she designed and has well marked out(it rivals the national park trails), and also a fun twist… finding specially painted rocks along the trails, and a hand written map posted by the back door, as well as an outdoor shower…WOW that was a wonderfully magical experience. Kamala and her property are so unique and charming that I would love to return to this magical spot and would highly recommend a stay here."
