The staff at the Park Plaza County Hotel including Danny, Oscar and Natalia were incredible, they upgraded our room free of charge as it was our anniversary, gave us free prosecco and macaroons etc. We had one hell of a view of the London Eye! As our 10th wedding anniversary they really made us feel important and well looked after! Danny even flagged down taxis for us and gave us an umberella when it was raining heavily. We were really treated like royalty thankyou so much! Also the breakfast was lovely! Wonderful atmosphere the fish was also delicious! Great cooked breakfast! Everything was stocked up and well cooked! Would recommend to everyone!!!

A flawless family stay in central London

From check-in to check-out, this was a truly seamless experience. The team at reception were fantastic—engaging with our kids and making them feel genuinely special. Our room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a welcome bonus. The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes’ walk from the London Eye, which made for a fun surprise on arrival. As with most of central London, public transport links were straightforward and convenient. The room was exactly as expected, with a fold-out bed already set up for the kids. Everything was clean, tidy, and in good working order. We hadn’t booked breakfast in advance as the standard rate was absurd, but once on-site we were offered it at £20 per adult per day with kids included for free. At that price, it was worth it—breakfast was decent quality and did the job. The shower deserves a special mention—hot, powerful, and stocked with products that actually smelled nice (a rarity in hotels!). Despite overlooking Waterloo station, the room was completely silent. Would happily stay again.

Great location and rooms a good size Staff very helpful and friendly Food was good Cleaning could be improved in the room. Dont look under or around the sofa bed Room needed a refresh as looked very tired in places and bits falling apart. I have stayed many times previously and quaility of room was better, but seems to have degraded over past 12 months Other newer park plaza hotels in London seem more updated

The hotel is in a very convenient location and in walkable proximity to waterloo station ; the London eye and Westminster. The breakfast buffet is great with plenty of variety. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However I feel the rooms might need a refresh. Our bathroom had a leak in cealing and had an obvious mold smell. The manager immediately gave us a different room. However that bathroom had black mold in shower and needs a refresh

The hotel is old the bath tub not working over all its clean but too small we ask for two rooms next to each other since we book nothing got done . But they switch the room because the bathroom wasn’t working. Location was great and safe
