Perfect stay for exploring London 💂

Okay, here's a review of a hypothetical two-night stay in London, hitting all your points: Fantastic London Base! Just back from a wonderful two-night stay in London and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation. Location was absolutely key for us, and this place delivered in spades! Being just a stone's throw from a tube station made zipping around London to see all the sights incredibly easy and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and very tidy – a real pleasure to come back to after a busy day exploring. It was also surprisingly well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or to offer directions and advice. They really added to the positive atmosphere of the place. And the best part? It was all very reasonably priced for a London stay! We felt we got excellent value for money. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly base to explore London without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be booking again on our next visit!

Hotel for theatre trip

This hotel is well located just behind its bigger sister hotel. Perfectly placed to explore major London landmarks on foot or easy access to both Westminster and Waterloo tube stations. We walked via South Bank to the Theatre which took 25 mins. Nice comfortable room.

We had a spacious room on the 11th floor. There’s plenty of cabinets for storage, a microwave & fridge. As Waterloo station and Westminster Pier are walking distance away, it’s so convenient for us. Best location. All the staff are always cheerful and polite. They helped us book a taxi to the airport. It’s a pleasant 4 days stay for us. Recommended. 👍

The bathroom in our room was pretty dirty. Mold under the lip of the bathtub, dirt and grime in all the corners. The room itself was clean. The extra bedding had some stains on the comforter. The staff was very nice and it’s in a good area

A welcoming hotel, pictured could be better.

We stayed in an executive studio for 2 nights. The images were unclear of what the room layout was compared to to the studio double bed - and there was an extra cost to this upgrade. With four of us in a room, it’s more spacious than other hotels, and always great views. We previously stayed in a family penthouse - which is a lot more spacious and family friendly - a couple of weeks earlier for my birthday. However, the executive was a lot cheaper for a 2 night stay. My only gripe was the images did not reflect what we thought we were paying for, and am still unclear what the difference is - and still waiting for an answer on this. This room also was not clean, with rubbish left under the bed. The hotel itself has great friendly staff, a delicious breakfast and with a super location to the tube and Westminster. The children are always treated exceptionally well with bubbles, and a craft bag on their stay - the Easter egg hunt was another nice touch. The security man on the front door is always welcoming. The bar at night I’ve attended to on my laptop whilst the family sleep has always been very friendly, and a joy to chat to - welcoming me back and remembering me is always a nice reminder you are not just another customer. Also, guests in general always say hello, and thank you. We probably will stay again soon and try a junior suite - sadly we booked a cheaper hotel for the London marathon next week.

Great choice when in London with family

I have stayed here a couple of times and find it a great option when in London, especially when visiting with my family. The rooms are big enough and in good (not excellent as they are a bit older) condition. The service is exceptional and the breakfast is great. They city view rooms are amazing. It is located within walking distance of London Eye and the Southbank with all the restaurants.

The hotel staff ware very kind and responsive. We have had a special request, so we can celebrate a holiday that fell on our stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond and arranged for a private seating area so we can celebrate our holiday. We are very grateful for them and would highly recommend staying there. It was very kid and family friendly.
