Park Plaza County Hall is an excellent hotel. First and foremost, its location is outstanding. Many of London’s major attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest Underground station is just a short stroll away. The hotel provides excellent service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-designed. The bathroom could perhaps benefit from some refurbishment in the future, but otherwise the room feels modern, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. We were particularly pleased to see that the breakfast area had been renovated. The breakfast itself was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We have stayed at Park Plaza County Hall several times, and once again we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The next time we travel to London, there is a very good chance that we will choose this hotel again for our stay.
