We found the staff friendly when we checked in the evening. The room was clean, and the area quieted down at night, which was great. We let them know one of the lamps had outlets that were broken, and they appreciated that. The pool was was clean, but the hot tub wasn't very hot (but we didn't ask them to make it hotter, either). Altogether a relaxing stay and we would recommend it!

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, has the very basic room amenities. What was terrible was the false advertising! Advertised sauna, hot tub, pool, in-room soaking tubs in all rooms & continental breakfast. There was no sauna, no large in-room tub & no breakfast. I was very disappointed.
