Faithful since our childhood to the Presqu’ile, we have renovated our family home to live beautiful family moments. Our 110m2 single storey house offers 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, all tastefully decorated. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and a baby.

The 1400m2 garden is planted with trees and completely fenced. It has a 70m2 terrace which surrounds the house on the west and south sides.

You can park 3 cars there.

We are located in the village of Kergroix 500 meters from the Wild Coast and 1km from the center of St Pierre Quiberon.

The House is equipped with WIFI.

The ground floor house is thus composed:

• Living room with fitted kitchen, dining table for 8 people, living room with TV.
• Bedroom 1: 2 90cm beds (possibility of joining them together or separating them) with private bathroom and WC. This room gives you access to the terrace with small living room on the west side.
• Bedroom 2: 160cm bed with private bathroom equipped with a console and a changing table (facing East)
• Bedroom 3: 180cm bed with private bathroom and WC. This room also gives you access to the west side terrace.
• 1 separate WC
• Laundry room

All bedrooms have cupboards.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, independent freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, etc.

The garden will be equipped with a garden furniture (table, 8 chairs and 2 armchairs), 4 deckchairs and 2 deckchairs, and a small outdoor lounge with a sofa.

Très belle maison au calme tout confort, très bien décorée avec jardin arboré, très bien située à proximité des commerces, des superbes plages de l ensemble de la presqu'île, proche parking des iles (penser à réserver à l avance pour les îles et prendre premier bateau pour Belle ile en mer car une journée passe trop vite).Encore un grand merci pour l accueil de la Conciergerie Ty accueil

Schönes und zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine gute Größe für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Toll ist der Garten mit alten Bäumen, in deren Schatten man sich bei Hitze sehr gut aufhalten kann. Auch die Terrasse ist, besonders abends, sehr gut zu nutzen. Der Strand (Cote Sauvage) und der Ort Saint Pierre Quiberon (Einkaufen, Restaurants) sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la maison de Claude qui est spacieuse confortable bien équipée et bien située à quelques pas de la Cote Sauvage. Les enfants ont apprécié le jardin ( tres joli) ainsi que les jeux mis à leur disposition

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à Kergroix. Elle est bien équipée et la literie est relativement confortable. Seul bémol, le check in à 16h, ça fait tard et le check out à 10H... le dimanche matin ca pique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien située, à mi-chemin entre le centre de Saint-Pierre Quiberon et de la côte sauvage. Tout peut se faire à vélo ! La maison est au calme, propre, claire et très agréable à vivre. De belles vacances !

Très bon séjour

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines de rêve dans cette belle maison refaite à neuf ,très bien conçue et équipée et joliment décorée . Le jardin est très grand et agréable avec terrasse et salon de jardin de qualité L emplacement est idéal à 2 pas de la Côte Sauvage et 10 minutes à pied du centre ville L accueil de Marie et sa disponibilité pendant le séjour ont été appréciables et appréciés . Seul petit bémol .la literie n est pas à la hauteur des prestations de la maison mais heureusement peut être améliorée . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle maison .
