We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating.

Piscine couverte non accessible pour ma fille de 5 ans, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine... Etat général du mobilier de la chambre moyen.
