Check in was fast and friendly and the room looked clean and comfortable. In the morning there was no hot water. I ran the water for at least ten minutes. Waited another ten, then tried again. No hot water. I called the front desk to let them know and there was no answer. Alas, no showers for us. Poor people sitting next to us on the plane today! Lol! We packed our things, went to the front desk to check out and talked to the front desk person. They said they were aware of it and this has happenned before several times with thier boiler. She said she reset it and they would have hot water in a couple hours-- which did us no good; we were on our way out. The clerk said she couldn't adjust our room rate or anything because we booked through a third party; hotels.com. We put our luggage in the rental car and had just opened the door to go back in for a quick bite at the continental breakfast when the fire alarm went off! We left and are now eating expensive food at the airport. If it weren't for the lack of hot water and the fire alarm going off when we were about to get food, I would give this place 4.5 out of 5. Date of stay was 01/05-01/06.
