massive water leak the morning of my stay. 2 inches standing water outside the door of my room. Water was turned off unable to shower or use the kitchenet. Now am waiting to see if Residence Inn will do the right thing and offer a credit for the terrible stay.

The scrambled eggs did not taste like real eggs. They were probably a substitute. Also, the eggs were not kept hot. They taste better when they are hot or very warm. The cylinder container that holds the liquid waffle mixture has a spout you press to fill a small cup, which you then pour into a waffle iron to make waffles. The liquid waffle mixture came out painfully slow from the spout. I overheard others say they were giving up on making waffles because of this problem. When we arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm there were staff ready to greet and help us check in. Except for one time, there were no staff at the front desk when we passed by several times during our two-day stay. I thought it was strange that the front desk was left unmanned. It would have been better customer service to have someone at the front desk full-time during waking hours. The property itself was kept clean and I felt safe in the area. It was easy to find a place to park. Our room was clean and as described on their website. Housekeeping doesn't automatically come by to clean rooms for only a two-night stay, so we didn't see them. Overall, I would give the Residence Inn in Murray, Utah, 4/5 stars.

The hotel was kept super clean from the lobby all the way to your hotel room. The layout of the suite was awesome. The kitchen had everything that you needed to cook a meal on a stove. I liked that it was separated into little area so you felt like you were staying in an apartment and not in a hotel The breakfasts every morning were delicious. They varied slightly and they had a waffle maker that was always a hit. The pool was kept clean, and they had towels on hand for you. I would rate this hotel stay a five star however, a huge however, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. To the point that my sleep was impacted I woke up every night in the middle of the night with an aching neck and aching back. The pillows were really bad as well. We went to target and bought our own pillows which helped a little bit to save our necks, but our backs were still pretty messed up
