Dirty but cheap - if that’s what you want. Very dirty and run-down. My advice - though the owners _did not ask for it_ - is this: 1. Charge $3 or $5 more per room per night and 2. Use the money to hire someone to - each and every day - slowly work through the entire property - deeply cleaning and fixing the myriad dirty / broken things 3. Train your daily cleaning / management team to KEEP IT NICE. thanks for listening :-)

Carpet felt really gross, broken drawers, TV remote did not work, bathroom fan had no cover, obvious filth several areas of the room, refrigerator very old, strange square pillows, springy mattress, hole in the blanket, chair at the desk was a plastic outdoor patio chair (but the people on the phone and at the desk were nice), the place definitely looked like they catered to long term stay for unhoused people. Very poor condition of everything

I would advise no one to stay there everything‘s dirty. The cabinets are falling off. It’s just disgusting and gross. Had a cop follow me in and run my plates. It’s a waste of money just disgusting and gross and dirty.

*Room 121* Its very dirty!..mold growing on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom..like alot of it!..toilet doesnt flush right..and theres gross debre on top of the show walls..the coffee maker does not work..the ac makes a loud buzzing sound every 5 to 20 minute's..and barely works..the drapes are gross..the top blankets are gross..the outlets are ghetto rigged back on..i know its a cheap motel but ive stayed in cheap motels that still care about cleanliness and appearance
