The room here was very spacious, clean and well taken care of. It was a great place to rest after long days of exploring Salzburg. It was very easy to get to both the main train station as well as the old town. Self check in was very smooth and the staff was clear and communicative.

Dirty, poorly maintained and not as advertised. Master Mirabell advertises its apartments as having full kitchens and explicitly states that guests “can cook” in the units. This is simply not true. Our apartment contained only a kettle and a fridge. There were no cooking facilities of any kind and no way to prepare food at all. This is a clear misrepresentation and fundamentally changes the nature of the accommodation. We booked specifically for self-catering and did not receive what was advertised or paid for. The overall condition of the apartment was also disappointing, adding to the sense that standards are not being maintained. I would strongly caution anyone booking on the basis of the advertised facilities. What is shown online does not reflect the reality on arrival.

This place was an easy walk from the HBF, about 11 minutes. The facilities communication was great and I really appreciated they used WhatsApp. The room was set up, including the sofa bed and plenty of extra pillows and towel. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

This was a wonderful apartment/hotel. I was impressed by its facilities, location and cleanliness. Check in was easy, no complaints. Highly recommend this place. There is street meter parking. Fortunate for us, We stayed on a weekend so parking was free. Loved this place, so close to Mirabell Gardens, will definitely be back!

Arrival was not nice at all, no reception desk, only communication via what'sapp. Although messaged the day before to let them know we would arrive early afternoon, the code to open the door did not work until past 3 PM, after exchange of messages. Then our apartment had not been cleaned, had to sit in the stairs for half an hour for cleaning. After that all went well, apartment is nice and well furnished
