Courteous staff. Lovely historical hotel with a great location that is close to the Alamo and Riverwalk. They didn't even charge me for a late check out, which was nice. 8/10 Would recommend.

The hotel was very nice, I like the historic feel of it. My only complaint was the construction outside our window every morning at 6-7 am. Why would the city build a modern looking building between two historic sites?!?!

We were very excited to stay in the suite and then we got there and were informed the balcony was unusable and as we started looking around the room, the sheets had stains, the pillows were hard and they didn’t even clean it and I found someone’s contacts on the alarm clock!

Check in was rough. Had to wait 45 minutes in line to even check in. Rooms weren’t ready well after 4pm check in time. And around midnight alarm was going off to evacuate the building. Wasn’t my best experience.
