Most of the front desk staff were courteous and helpful except for Richard. He seems to have a bad attitude. I chose this hotel only based on the reviews but I regret my decision based on my interaction with this guy. I have stayed in several hotels but no front desk had such a bad attitude like this guy.

Have stayed here times. The room is always clean and the bed very comfortable. We had an issue with the a/c leaking and the front desk sent maintenance right away even though it was late in the evening. The complimentary refreshments are great, staff always super attentive during dinner and breakfast service.
