I was lockout for 30 minutes with my handicapped adult daughter and the hallway and she was getting sick waiting on staff to open our room door. Because, the key stopped working.

Almost perfect. The breakfast buffet was great however we were disappointed with the dinner buffet. The tacos and nachos were good but there were no other options and only ground beef for the meat. We were only there for one dinner though so there are likely other options on different days. The accommodations were fantastic and the room was great! The roof pool was cool but I felt like the water needed to be treated a bit more. Beautiful building with a great history. Staff/employees were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I would choose them again.

This was an awesome hotel and we’ll definitely make this our go to spot when we come down from now on. The only complaint we had was the elevators, not so much going up but coming down. Other than that it was a great stay!! We’ll be back.

I liked that only guests that had a room key and were staying at the hotel were allowed in the hotel. I didn't like all the music, people screaming in the streets and loud vehicles with their bass trembling the windows keeping me up at night. Also didn't care for people with ice chest and beers in or by the the pool.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Aside from the savings on food with breakfast, a small dinner buffet, and some drinks daily, the staff was very courteous and very accommodating.

The staff at the property were so nice, especially Justina! Also the older gentleman at valet was super nice. Loved the kickback dinner and rooftop pool. Great stay!
