From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. We checked in early and were able to leave our luggage while we explored the Riverwalk. The front desk even called when our room was ready, such a thoughtful touch! We really enjoyed the 5:30 Kickback: a great way to unwind with complimentary drinks and a nice variety of food. It was also fun mingling with other guests, especially with a large conference in town. The hot breakfast each morning was plentiful and tasty. One morning we considered requesting housekeeping, only to return and find the room already perfectly refreshed, without us having to ask. It’s small details like that which make a stay feel special. Two minor areas for improvement: the push buttons for the exterior doors didn’t consistently work, and the in-room Wi-Fi occasionally glitched, causing the TV channels to buffer. Overall, this location offers wonderful service, thoughtful amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to returning on our next visit to San Antonio!

Area was very walkable with lots of restaurants and stores. There is valet parking only so we had to park a 6 minute walk away at a different garage. There were many homeless around the area so it smelt of urine on the streets. Hotel was beautiful and the breakfast and dinner buffets were great!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is the restaurant on site has 0/10 service and food. If you can eat elsewhere do so. The hotel itself, staff and rooms are 10/10. Highly Recommended
