The location to the River Walk was excellent. The staff was exceptional from check in, food service and hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay there again and would recommend to anyone traveling to San Antonio.

Excellent location right on the river walk, staff was excellent and very friendly, Justine was amazing helping us get set up with an excellent room and advice about the area. She was extremely friendly and I can’t say enough good things about her! Thank you Justine ❤️

Very kind staff. The room was very comfy and the view was amazing. The indoor pool made a great asset for winter. The hotel has a very convenient location. I highly recommend Drury Plaza

Our stay at Drury Plaza was outstanding. Front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all amazing. Room was clean and roomy, hotel itself is in a historic building that is beautiful. Walkable to most of the downtown locations. Great stay!
