This property is in desperate need of a remodeling. Carpet in hallways had holes. The elevator floor has broken boards. Exercise equipment was off.

We had a nice stay. The staff was excellant and the room was clean. Very disappointed the pool was so cold. I can tolerate cold but it was untolerable. Also disappointed hot tub wasn't working.

The staff was very friendly, is in a nice area with a few walking restaurants, and plenty of more if you are driving, i would deff consider staying here when i go back to San Antonio

If u value security and service, avoid this hotel!

The check in desk only found my reservation for one of the 2 rooms I booked. When that finally got straightened out and I got to my room, the room was missing amenities. No ice bucket, no conditioner in the shower, for starters. Then when I went to my truck in the morning, my window had been broken out and my belongings either taken or rifled thru. Not a good experience.

Bathroom tub and floor need a good scrub. Grout included. Staff was friendly.
