The room was ok but didn't like the fact that every time you took a shower, the water would spill out of the shower. The bathroom has no exhaust fan. The shampoo bottle was empty when we arrived, requested to refill the bottle. They gave us a new bottle but were not able to place it on the holder because you need a key to remove the empty bottle and place the new one. If they took a new bottle to our room, why they didn't place it on the holder?

Bad Experiencie in the Hotel

Upon arriving at the hotel, the reception assistant was rude and gave us bad information, saying that we only had one room, when there were actually two of us. A person from Hotels.com helped us and contacted the hotel to resolve the problem. We lost two hours checking in. It was terrible service and the treatment was not adequate. A very bad experience. They should reduce the rate paid for the bad time we had.

What I admired is the cleanliness and the supplies in the room like the hand soap and body lotion well mounted in the restroom. Second is walkable to shopping mall , Alamo and the River Walk. I will absolutely recommend to my friends.

When I booked this hotel through Expedia there was no information of paying for parking. After I booked and arrived and checked in I was told I would be charged $32 a night for parking. So when I tried to cancel my booking they try to charge me a full night to cancel. Expedia needs to do a better job putting all the info I will never stay at this place again

Well our stay was good everything was clean and neat but our room was the smallest I have ever been in, in a a Hampton it was at the end of the hall and was like an after thought and the motel was nearly empty when were there as it was still the off season.
