The hotel is a great location in downtown SA. But upon arrival, we had to continue to make the block until we had a place to pull into the valet area. This happened multiple times and also had to wait to turn in keys during arrivals. Then upon check in into our room the A/C was not working, our room was not cleaned very well also- kitchen area floor felt slippery like grease had been spilt, bathroom doors had dirt or grease on them, and carpet was dirty. Maintenance came and fixed the A/C promptly but I asked for a new room since we would be staying for 4 nights in case the A/C stopped working, but was told no. I think room was filthy due to A/C being previously worked on. Then during 3rd night the A/C stopped working. In morning we were given a new room, which we should have been granted upon arrival, not 3 nights later. Also, A/C is set to not go below 68 degrees. Will not be staying again.

The room was amazing as were the hotel common areas. Very clean! The young man that was working the morning of Tuesday February 17th ( I can’t remember his name) deserves a HUGE raise for as well as he handled the WHOLE BUILDING on his own through the unwarranted fire episode!

Our room was very messy; carpet had terrible stains and the smell was terrible when you first walked in. The shower in the bathroom had terrible water pressure. The cabinet under the tv was broken upon entry and the manager at the time of checkout said that he wouldn’t charge us since we had already checked out. (Assuming that he was going to charge us for something that happened to the room prior to our arrival) Overall, not a great stay.

Breakfast was great. The location was great. The room was great. The poor temperature everything was honestly perfect at this hotel the one thing you could complain about, but it’s not really the hotel. It’s kind of just San Antonio was the parking it was Sunday so we just parked at a normal coin meter for free I had to walk a couple blocks otherwise you could pay like the 40 bucks for valet for the night But they gave us an early check-in they were very accommodating highly recommend
