Hi, upon arrival there wasn’t a front desk receptionist just a sign asking guests to wait for someone to come out and check us in. We waited about 7-10 minutes before someone arrived. We were on our way to a comedy show, so we were hoping for a quick check-in just to drop off our things and head out. Once we got to the room, it was extremely clean and smelled amazing — genuinely impressive. I had noted in my reservation that I would need access to a charging station for my car, and it would have been helpful if someone had pointed us in the right direction at check-in, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The property is clean, nice, and easy to find. Just a few small improvements with the check-in process would make the experience even better.
