What a great find! My daughter and I were left stranded by another hotel’s overbooking. We made the reservation and Suzie checked us in within minutes. Suzie gave amazing service, super kind, quick service and picked out the perfect room for us. Would stay again because of this great experience. Bed super comfy, parking close and accessible. Room was clean, linens smells good, towels, microwave and mini fridge available too.

PROS - close to ski resorts / Big Bear - ample parking - plethora of restaurants and shopping nearby - Dennys right across from hotel - helpful front desk Team: Desiree and Destiny were great - to go breakfast - good value - 2 Tesla chargers in the lot - swimming pool CONS - hotel room appeared somewhat worn but no big deal- you get what you pay for - not much do the to go breakfast: pancakes, granola bars, coffee, 2 juices, but it’s better than nothing. Room was not was shown in the pictures. It smelled like cigarettes and the pillows were permeated with the stench of it. I’m not sure why Wyndham would put their name on this hotel. People next door started arguing at 6 am and then the next door were also arguing. Terrible place to stay.

Yes the beds looked like someone just got out of bed . Room’s differently to small for four adults. Ice bucket had a hole in it. Not enough towels in room. I am not accustomed to fixing breakfast in office while people checking in and out. Looked like a motel for a couple of hours. I raved.about my previous stays through your company and was totally embarrass by the look of this establishment.
