Filth dirty room in bad section of town

In the bed we found HAIR from the last occupant. The hotel had not even changed the sheets. Upon our arrival the receptionist said he had no reservation for us and made no effort to resolve the issue in spite of the fact that we were the only ones present. He just rudely ignored us, and I speak Spanish

Me engañaron.

Muy mal. No pude utilizar la reservación. El hotel tiene varios días de estar clausurado por remodelación. Tuve que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar, con los consecuentes inconvenientes. Exijo que se me reintegre inmediatamente el monto que Hoteles.com cargó en mi tarjeta de crédito.
