In rooms, there are no soap bar, facecloths, tissue, coffee maker, extra blanket, hair conditioner or cups (glasses). Breakfast option is only toast, butter and coffee. One key room and if you lose it- ridiculous fee. (As well, not their fault but the stench from the pooled liquid near front door was like raw sewage.) I would never recommend this property and will not return.

The whole property was very clean! Our room was a good size, very comfortable bed and the shower was nice. Outdoor pool was clean as was the surrounding areas. We would definitely come back!

Basic accommodations

They are really adamant that there is absolutely no early check in, not five minutes. The check in person, a heavy set gentleman named Richard wasn’t exactly warm or suited to customer service. The of staff was oddly friendly after the rough welcome. Late checkout is available for only two hours for $100. Hardly a bargain. They will hold your bags. Breakfast is a self service toaster and a large pot of coffee. Don’t expect much.

By all means stay at this property if you want to be surrounded by drunken and inappropriate people, paper thin walls, wake up to jackhammers on the other side of our room, dirty floors and sketchy clean bedding (bedbugs were a concern for me)

First when we arrived we were told that our booking may not even be valid even though I had attempted several times to call/ contact the property and let them know we were coming from a cruise so we would not be checking in till the morning There were several issues with the rooms. We did not get adjacent rooms. The door would not unlock. Even the bathroom door would not unlock. Breakfast was just toast and coffee. Condado is very expensive and considering that, the hotel is definitely not expensive. But overall facilities were extremely mediocre

I’d stay here again. I enjoyed my standard queen room overlooking the pool and appreciated the morning coffee & toast. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the mini fridge and ceiling fan. Julian the evening concierge was friendly and helpful. (The daytime guys less so.) Folks very sensitive to street noise might prefer a higher floor room facing the internal courtyard.
