Staff was a B+. Was told that the morning shift front desk clerk would call ejen our room was ready, she didn’t. Called the evening front desk clerk to report hot water not working...she said she would call somebody...but then never called back to tell us anything or to check for resolution. Room was okay in size and clean. However, the only way to lock the door from inside was a chain lock. Given the amount of time that the front desk was unattended, this felt unsafe.The room key was an actual key. Lol. The pool was small and unclean with algae. The walls are THIN and this is a high traffic area. Be prepared to hear airplanes taking off and landing, cars honking all night, and sirens. For the nightly rate, choose different. There are much better options available.

Cute little boutique hotel. Comfortable bed Nice bathroom. Needed to have cups and tissues in the room and maybe a safe. But did have cool hair dryer and nice refrigerator. Staff extremely nice.

We had the most amazing stay. We will recommend to everyone we know who is coming to PR. Staff could not be more accommodating. Going above and beyond. It is in a great location walkable to the beach, shopping, restaurants and 2 casinos. Love it here.

The staff was amazing. We originally came to get on a cruise but due to a medical emergency my husband ended up hospitalized. The staff was great and very helpful. I felt very safe coming and going alone. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. It's not glamorous but it was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Yhe room and bathroom wete very clean. Great price for Condado location. The bed could be softer but overall it was ok. The front person was very nice and check in was seamless. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

El desayuno liviano o tostadas muy mínimo, parece más un desayuno de hostels de mochileros. El staff, sobretodo el del turno noche la verdad que poco amigable, cada solicitud o pregunta que le realizamos siempre tenía una cara de desgano o que lo estaba molestando. La habitación muy simple, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido al funcionar. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location close to the beach. There are several nice restaurants by the hotel (my fave was Rubio's, best mofongo chicken!). Walgreens is just around the corner. The staff was nice and helpful. I liked my room #9, it was spacious, recently updated, clean, the bedding and towels were crisp white. It opened into the court yard with all those tropical plants, it was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our cruise and at the end of our cruise. The room was clean but very outdated bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. The first night we stayed was SO LOUD. There was a party being hosted on the 3rd floor with a dj and the music and young adults were SO LOUD . Definitely should have had this event end earlier then 11:30 with guests. The second time we stayed there it was quiet and much nicer. This hotel is under new ownership so it sounds like changes are happening. It is run down and needs some love poured into it but the location is great, staff super friendly, easy to get an uber for going to Old San Juan, etc. Other then the very loud night rocking for the price you pay it is probably one of the more fair properties in San Juan.

Room had a couple bugs on floor. Very small TV for price. Supposedly included breakfast hiwever if you weren't there at 7:30 there was no breakfast left...they were shutting it down at 8am.
