The room was very nice. I had a king suite. Only complaint is there isn’t any kind of entertainment at the resort, the gym was very small and they charge you a daily resort fee. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there. Short Uber ride to all the attractions in San Juan.

Yes, the whole place was nice and clean. The staff was professional and courteous. The only downside was the ambient temperature. it required a sweater or light jacket to stay comfortable, which is NOT what we want in a tropical paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious The staff was very helpful. We really liked the hotel's restaurant. The pool was amazing. The only issue we had was the hotel keeps it's rooms and atrium too cold.
