Convenient, Clean & Comfortable

We stayed at this hotel while our daughter was at a convention across the street. We could walk to the convention center in about 5 minutes. The hotel had a convenient shuttle to the beach & to Old Town Puerto Rico. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked like a fun area, especially for kids. The buffet breakfast was included, but not that great (scrambled eggs, ham, cereal, toast, some fruit, juice & coffee). The room was very clean & comfortable. The convention center area had lots of restaurants & was really alive with live music, etc on Friday & Saturday nights.

Only problem I had was at the front desk. All the other members of the staff were very nice. On the day of check in we weren’t greeted by time we got any customer service it was 20 minutes later. When we got into the room I had to go back down stairs because it wasn’t no face towels. I proceeded to go back down and ask for some and I’m assuming the manager was the one who I was speaking to. I proceeded to ask her for the towels and a toothbrush for her to respond back very rudely. When she returned she only gave me 2 towels.

Every morning at 7:00 heavy construction started next door and it was miserable. They also charged an extra $105 in fees, taxes and expenses. I thought that was all covered with the Expedia charge

We were behind a couple who didn’t understand hotel fees when booking through Expedia and the front desk staff were so patient with them. He questioned everything and did math on a calculator, etc- once it was my turn to check in, they were so gracious! Excellent staff!
