Booked a stay from 8/28-8/30. Staff member Zaddiel was incredible and helpful in getting us situated immediately. Unfortunately upon getting to our room and starting to get situated we experienced a roach crawling in one of the beds. It came out of nowhere down the pillow. (Video and photos taken immediately). While Zaddiel came up to the room immediately and offered to move us to a new room, I wanted out. Roaches are a no go for me. The hotel did issue a refund immediately and so to that I will say thank you. Quote unfortunate as I understand with so much in an out of people comes these types of issues but they will need to do better.

I stayed from Sept 6–7, booked and fully paid through Expedia. Shortly after check-in, I was charged $278.75 for a supposed “smoking fee,” which is completely false. The charge appeared on my card minutes after arrival, and additional incorrect charges were later posted. While the staff was polite and acknowledged the mistake, the resolution depends on a supervisor, causing delays. Be cautious and double-check charges before your stay.
