Great location, as advertised, right on the beach. If you want beach access, including for kite boarding, and a small/boutique type hotel rather than the big and touristy and expensive mainstream hotels, this is the place. Easy Uber/Lyft ride to Old San Juan. Good food at the hotel, plenty of local coffee shops.

We had a wonderful stay at Numero Uno beach house. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, from our room we could see the ocean. It's a small hotel so it feels intimate and cozy. Beach beds available for guests, beautiful beach and nice see to swim in. The staff was also AMAZING, welcoming, kind and accomodating. We would come back again any time.
