Nice hotel by the beach. All the staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The beach is beautiful. The restaurants in the hotel and in the neighborhood are great. The full-size beds in the bedrooms are on the small size.

March 2025 stay

For the price - no breakfast and no room service is very strange. We weren’t allowed a late check out despite arriving after 5pm the day before and our room not being ready. Room was worn and tired (marks and scratches over everything). No private beach area for the hotel which I think can’t make this hotel any more than a 3 star hotel. Doors paper thin - could hear children running up and down the hallway at 6am.

Property is in a great location. 10 minutes from the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Friendly and attentive staff that greet you daily. Do not recommend the spa. The check-in desk is literally in the hallway leading to the gym. The spa has two massage rooms only. They do not have a large enough spa facility for this to be considered a spa. It feels like a storage room was converted into two rooms just for massages. Very awkward and not conducive to a relaxing experience.

The room was comfortable and functionally furnished. The best features were the view of the beach and ocean and the balcony. The negatives - we arrived around noon and checked our luggage and returned about 3 hoping our room was ready. We were unable to get keys until after 5 pm. Also, we were in a room with a door to an adjoining room occupied by a family with a baby and other children. The baby began screaming about 9:30 for a prolonged time. Same thing other evenings and once in the middle of the night. Perhaps there should be floors for guests with small children or babies and floors for adults only or better soundproofing. It left us with some negative feelings about our stay.

Great hotel and stay. Things are kinda pricey in hotel and around. Cabana was $250 which is a lot for water & fruit. Maybe they could charge half price if not rented and u get half a day. Helps both sides. Not enough seating at the pool but it worked out. Hotel tried to maximize as best they can. Ocean front view was worth it. Staff super friendly. Will go again.

The friendly and attentive staff enhanced the pristine atmosphere and overall experience of our visit. This was my second stay with the Marriott and Stellaris in San Juan and I am certain it won’t be my last.
