The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach? Definitely would visit again.

The room was exactly like The photo, very spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I would stay again because of the room and location, food : the restaurants are pretty fancy and there is no room service or breakfast options ,I think if they had some sort of food service like they offered on the beach it would make the stay even better.

Great location, right on the beach! The friendliest staff who made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. And not to mention both restaurants at the hotel served the most delicious food and drinks we had our entire trip. We stayed for our honeymoon - room was gorgeous, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the restaurants were delicious (if pricey). The real best parts were the pool, beach, and relative location to so many other restaurants and attractions. You’re 5 minutes from the historic and beautiful ESJ hotel and casino, a short walk down the beach to a beautiful lagoon, and a 20 minute cab to Old San Juan. We will stay here again when we come back to PR!

This was amazing stay considering this was my first time to Puerto Rico. Rooms and facilities are very clean and staff was helpful and accommodating. I definitely plan to come to this hotel very soon. The beach is feet from this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Hotel is just lovely! Beautifully decorated and very boho, spa feels. The staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming! The beach experience was amazing each day…including chair, towel and umbrella service. Also the staff waiter on the beach was attentive and very friendly. The rooms are super cute! Definitely get the small boutique hotel treatment!
