Room - the frontbeach view amazing (I wish we had a balcony), the decoration of the room lovely, comfortable bed. Staff - The guys from the valet parking never smiled or made you feel welcome, the lady that check us in was not in the best mood and when you are checking in that is the first impression you have of the hotel, the staff working at the restaurant great, and the folks at the beach good too. Property overall nice, feels modern, and the location is prime - the beach they have is a very very pretty beach. but we had the badluck that they are having some remodeling in the firsts floors, we where in the 5th floor and we hear EVERYTHING, starting at 7 am in the mornig, when you are on vacation and want to rest as much as possible. And as an extra comment, for the price they charge as a high end boutique hotel I would expect more details, for the building to be in exceptional contidions and I could caught some details they where not 5 star hotel. Hope they can work in this little details to become an exeptional hotel.

Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster. In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!

Wonderful newly remodled botique hotel. Staff was very generous and the amenities were top notch. The ocean view from our room was spectacular. The beach is just steps away from the front enfrance of the hotel. The beach service, chairs, umbrellas, wait staff were all wonderful. Kumo rooftop restaurant was amazing and the bartenders were very kind and knowledgeable.
