Is a beautiful place i believe the service can definitely improve training for the employees I was never given direction of anything or information about the place, how having breakfast or order any food from the restaurant works because you paid when you leave or the internet password and is terrible super slow. And I hope was a mistake one of the guys gave the wrong change was short $10. The second time I order a different guy told me I pay when I leave. The food was delicious but the waiting time was just ridiculous short stuffs and not busy at all probably because I stayed on weekdays. The place overall is beautiful great views the side walks are complicated the access to the beach is a huge challenge required a lot energy saw lot of people not going down if you are not in good shape.

Check in person was not welcome at all, room had a clog sink, running toilet all nigh sliding doors could not closed they figured out till next day pm when my husband got really mad everything they had not other room to move us no one Abel able to clean after repairs for 4 hrs dirty water all over some personal was supper nice and other super rude special th reception when ever we requested her service got even more mad

The location and views are great , but needs a new management, no one was in the office to check in had to wait, no towels in room , paid for ocean view and didn’t got one, toilet didn’t flush , the janitor couldn’t fix it eating area was dirty with cat’s hair , My husband fall down in the rain to go get towels, it was raining a lot, had the worst experience ever :/

Pros: The view was absolutely beautiful. Loved that there was easy parking, close to the beach. Very private, hardly anyone at the beach and a clean pool. Extra bathrooms close to rooms and seating area. A/C worked very well and beds were clean and comfortable. Coffee was put out early which was very nice. We would go out at 5am and coffee was already out, ready to go. Piña colada was delicious and orange and apple juice were freshly squeezed and delicious. Cons: Food was very expensive, minimal variety and honestly not that great. They seemed to always be out of at least 1 thing on the menu. Service was not great. Had to look for employees to get anything we needed and had to wait a very long time for things. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30am, we stayed for 5 days and each day we waited 10-30 minutes to be acknowledged to order food. Then took 30-45 minutes to get our food. Water in shower was messed up and inconsistent. I would have preferred to have no hot water at all. Water went from freezing cold to burning hot every other minute which made it nearly impossible to shower successfully. Website states they have laundry but when we asked about it we were told that they only provide laundry services, not do it yourself laundry and they charge $20 per 12 pieces of clothing. We ended up not washing our clothes. WiFi did not work very well so if you are depending on WiFi this is no the place for you.

To be honest, this was my second time staying at this hotel. However, this time the room was not very clean, and I found a bug in my food. On a positive note, the waiter, Anderson, was very attentive and courteous. I recommend paying closer attention to the details in order to ensure a better experience—this way, customers will be more likely to return.

Room is clean and spacious, property is clean, access to beach although it’s 133 steps down it’s easy access clear of any debris and well lit. Pool open til 10pm so night swim was nice to do.

I recently stayed at Hotel Los Mango's, and I must say, it’s an amazing place! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained. However, my experience was somewhat marred by staff shortages during our visit. When we arrived, we were eager to have lunch but had to wait an unusually long time to receive service. My wife and I ended up searching for our waitress, who turned out to be the delightful Reyna. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of, but it was clear that the hotel could benefit from more staff to handle the demand. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that some items on the menu were unavailable, especially given that it's a hotel restaurant by the sea. We were hoping for some fresh seafood options, which is a staple in such locations. Overall, Hotel Los Mango's is a lovely place with a lot of potential. If they can address the staffing issues, it would truly elevate the experience. I hope they make those improvements for future guests!
