I had a wonderful experience. The room and all areas im the hotel were very clean. However, the best was the customer service i received, specifically from Alejandro. He was always attentive, helpful and very polite. He is the best. I wish there were more people like him. .

Alejandro was amazing! Super friendly and helpful! We were having problems finding the hotel and our Spanish isn't very good and he was able to communicate with us in English and direct us to the hotel. The room was super cute and clean, and a decent breakfast! I would book here again!

I stayed at this hotel on my last day on the country and honestly was the best experience. Restaurant was around the corner and everything was close. The place clean and if you looking for a place with a bar closer to you then this hotel would be the best option.

The staff were lovely, but that is as far as it goes I’m afraid. I’m not sure what to say other than there has to be much better accommodation. Photos on site are way better than in the flesh. Shame as it Coukd be made nice but not sure what you do about the noise. Sorry but wouldn’t stay again.
