Beautiful villa to feel at home and welcomed ❤. Located in exclusive Binibeca Vell its in a quiet area and just 5min walking to a nice sandy beach. Enjoy its private pool, the grass garden is perfect for kids to play or for sunbathing.
Covered terrace for alfresco dinning and BBQ. Full AC. 1 suite bathroom and other shared.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

Relaxing

Villa is ideally placed to be able to walk to beach, small supermarkets & restaurants. Binibeca is a very peaceful resort so if you are not looking for a lively place then this is the resort for you. The villa provides all the utilities needed to self-cater. The garden area has enough loungers for all six guests and the pool is great although could have been a tad warmer! The only recommendations would be to review the sheets provided as they felt damp although it could have been the material and maybe an extra couple of bins to allow guests to sort the rubbish to be able to recycle. Those points aside, all in all, we ( three generations of the family) enjoyed our holiday.

Beautiful villa, beautiful town.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by our agent who gave us a lovely bottle of wine, milk, water with some muffins, cheese, breadsticks and chorizo which was a welcome surprise and really kind. The villa was clean, spacious, cool and airy and set in a beautiful location with views of the sea and close to beach (approx 10 mins walk) and town centre (5 mins walk). We were slightly concerned when we booked that being on a ‘main road’ in to binibeca, it would be noisy and we wouldn’t be private but it wasn’t noisy at all and well hidden from the road. Binibeca is not a busy place so nothing to worry about and the road is one way. It was very quiet from road noise but aeroplanes do fly over fairly regularly throughout the day which wasn’t an issue for us. The the property is surrounded by hedges providing adequate privacy. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and super markets close by to make our lives easy and there is a ‘ting ting’ bus train which runs every hour from binibeca Vell to punta prima all along the coast which is worth doing. I would strongly recommend a visit to a new cocktail bar and restaurant called Bambu which is 300 yards from the villa and is one of the best restaurants in menorca. You’ll know what I mean when you visit!! It’s hard to criticise this villa at all but if they could improve in anyway, we’d recommend a mid week towel and linen change if possible, more information leaflets about local activities and bus times for the town dotted around and better paving/grass between the pool side and the property as this meant quite a lot of dirt was on the patio area. Although the pool was cleaned twice in our 7 night stay A net for the pool to fish out leaves/bugs on a daily basis would be handy. All in all, definitely recommended and is well worth visiting. Thanks

Très jolie maison et très bon emplacement

La maison est propre et très bien placée, proche de la mer, des courses et d’un restaurant. Superbe terrasse! Les criques de Minorque sont magnifiques. Par contre, un chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre, il n’y a aucun chauffage dans les salles de bain et les serviettes restent humides. Il manque beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine: pas de manique pour éviter de se brûler, des poêles en mauvais état, seulement 6 couteaux et donc pas assez de couverts.

Maison très bien située. Un peu frais à l'arrivée car pas de chauffage dans le salon mais très confortable. Dommage que les travaux à proximité - de l'autre côté de la rue n'aient pas été mentionnés...
