Great area, uncomfortable setting

We were drawn to the unit due to the location. The beaches were right across the street. Be aware you are under a flight path so i in the morning it can be quite loud. There were 2 of us and we could of used more than 2 bath towels- at least for the beach/pool. The comforter had no cover. Our host was responsive to our requests only early in our stay. There was a leak under the sink onto a shelf and all the toilet paper got wet and unable to get more. The washing machine did not work. The unit is dark with little sunlight. The outside patio was dirty. We spent most our time exploring but if you needed to spend extended time in the unit, it could get uncomfortable.
