This beautiful villa is extremely well situated in the sought-after resort of Binibeca. Its elevated position means that the panoramic views from the pool terrace are phenomenal and at less than 10-minute walk to the superb sandy beach, what more could you ask for? Restaurants and shops are also within easy reach and the pretty white-washed fishing village of Binibeca Vell just a short walk away.
The villa itself is extremely spacious with light and airy rooms and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The three bedrooms each have their own en-suit facilities making preparation for nights out on the town run smoothly. The main living space is open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge to relax in. Large patio doors open out onto the terrace allowing a gorgeous natural breeze to flow through the villa. Outside is undoubtably where you will spend many happy hours relaxing on a sun lounger, taking a swim in the glorious swimming pool, or simply enjoying family meals al-fresco on the covered terrace, which provides welcome shade on those sunny summer days.
*Please note, the three bedrooms each have spacious beds made up of two single mattresses on a double bed frame. They come with single bed sheets but a double cover. If single covers are needed, this can be requested free of charge. Please contact our concierge team on booking.
