Traditional and preserved house, renovated in 2014 and 2015, fully equipped. The house is located in the hamlet of Binifadet, away from the center but a 2-minute walk from the many shops. The location is ideal for exploring the island and getting around on foot. The neighbors are Minorcans who live year-round. Very easy to access, with public parking nearby, the house also has a private parking space. The garden is surrounded by a dry stone wall. Swimming pool 9 meters long, salt cleaning, gray mosaic. Garden sheltered by a magnificent palm tree and a large white laurel. Outdoor terraces for meals and plancha. The house is on two levels: Downstairs, an entrance serving a living room and a dining room. A large kitchen, a TV room and a master suite consisting of a bedroom (double bed) with bathroom and sanitary. Upstairs, two independent bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 beds) and two adjoining rooms (1 bed in each). There are therefore 8 beds but the house is actually ideal for 6 people. Solarium terrace upstairs with view of the mill of Sant Lluis. Integrated air conditioning, WiFi, DVD player, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee maker. Gas stove. The house is very well equipped and very well placed. Ideal for going for a walk in the village or the countryside. Taxi and bus stations nearby. The beaches are less than ten minutes by car. In short, the dream.

Menorca Summer 2022

As soon as we had made the booking, the owner was in touch with very useful information which helped planning our holiday. This house is lovely and met our needs perfectly. It was slightly smaller than we thought, but we had been warned we were at capacity with 8 people. The house was close to everything we needed. The supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bins and recycling. Ideally located if you have a car, to get to the beach, Mahon and the airport and also walking distance to Trotting and Go-karting. Our family ranged from my 7yr old nephew to my late 70's parents. My nephew loved the swimming pool and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and air-conditioning suited my parents well.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec nos 2 ados et avons adoré cette maison plein de charme . Superbe finca rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Très belle deco et superbe piscine cachée derriere un mur de pierres. Tres calme et en même temps a côté du centre ville de San Luis ce qui permet de faires les courses sans prendre sa voiture. Je recommande fortement cette location qui permet de visiter tout le sud et l'est de Minorque en très peu de temps.
