La Martina by Escape Home

A country house that is located in a private agricultural environment of about 3 hectares. With an interior path that gives access to the entire land. It consists of a single floor to accommodate 4 people, ideal for a couple with children. Located in Pou Nou on the outskirts of Sant Lluís. It is 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the south coast such as Binibeca, Punta Prima. La Martina has a large Menorcan-style porch to enjoy long summer nights with a beautiful built-in barbecue, a large garden surrounded by flowers and plants with a pleasant natural grass where children can play.

Inside we find a living-dining room with an American-style kitchen fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, TV and Wi-Fi, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher (living room with fan).

It consists of 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 2 single bedrooms. All with fans. The three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and 2 sinks.

Its pleasant and cozy porch has comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large solarium with sun loungers, outdoor shower, laundry room with separate washing machine.

You will periodically receive a visit from the owner who grows tomatoes, peppers, aubergines as well as taking care of his animals such as chickens and geese on a farm near the house.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
