"Biniyaya" is a perfect villa for all those who value the authentic and traditional, but at the same time want maximum comfort and modern, bright spaces. It is a very well-maintained villa, with carefully selected and unique equipment and decor. The layout of the house makes it easy for everyone to gather in the wonderful dining room, on the terrace or in the beautiful porch, while at the same time respecting each person's privacy to the maximum, as the bedrooms branch out from the four corners of the dining room, each with its own bathroom. There is an additional bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom, with a separate entrance from the pool terrace.
