Villa Binibeca Beach enjoys a prime seafront position overlooking the golden sands of Binibeca Beach, ideally located between the charming fishing village of Binibeca Vell and the popular Cala Torret area. Surrounded by colourful flowers and a spacious lawn garden, the villa offers wonderful sea views from the private pool area as well as from the balconies, creating a truly relaxing Mediterranean setting. The property is thoughtfully arranged as a main house and a separate annexe, each offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its own kitchen, making it an excellent choice for larger groups who value both space and privacy. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sandy Binibeca Beach, this villa is ideally positioned between the popular areas of Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell. A good selection of bars, restaurants and shops can all be reached within a few minutes on foot, while a local bus stop is around a 5 minute walk away, making this a great choice for guests not wishing to hire a car. For those keen to explore further afield, the traditional town of San Luis is just a 10 minute drive away, offering local restaurants, bars and charming whitewashed streets.

The grass to the side of the villa is now artificial grass.Whilst the villa has 6 bedrooms, local regulations allow a maximum number of 10 guests in total (excluding infants under 2 years). You're welcome to use any combination of rooms, offering plenty of flexibility for your group.
The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
