(rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, with a minimum stay of one week).
Fully renovated both inside and out, Villa El Olivo welcomes up to 6 guests in a charming natural setting.
Living here is an experience we’re eager to share.
If you're looking to escape mass tourism and want to stay in an area with no hotels or noisy bars, then Binisafua/Binisafuller Playa is your ideal destination (the name changes depending on whether it's written in Catalan/Minorcan or Spanish).
A charming detached villa owned by an Italian couple in love with Menorca.
Surrounded by a large garden, the villa features a spacious porch at the front, opening onto the kitchen and living room.
Elegantly furnished with flair and attention to detail, the villa offers sea views from the master suite’s private terrace.
Located at the end of a quiet, well-kept private road in a peaceful residential area, there is no car traffic.

• 2 bright and comfortable twin bedrooms, sharing a spacious bathroom

• Fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with all comforts

-Cleaning and Linen Policy-
• Weekly cleaning for stays longer than one week
• Clean sheets and towels provided weekly for all rooms (1 full set per guest per week)
• 2 pool/beach towels per guest for the duration of your stay (washer and drying rack available to alternate towels)
• Kitchen linen and 1 blanket per bed included
• Pool cleaned twice per week
• Air conditioning with inverter technology (cooling & heating) throughout the villa
THE SURROUNDING AREA
The villa is located in the residential area of Binisafua Playa, on the south/southwest coast, close to several small beaches and coves with spectacular turquoise waters:
• Calo Blanc – 400 m
• Binisafuller Playa (sandy beach) – 400 m
• Also reachable by foot or bike: Binibeca beach and the picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell
• Sant Lluis, a charming town with all services, is just a few minutes by car
This area is home only to beautiful villas — no hotels or mass tourism — making it popular with both locals and international VIPs. Despite being close to Mahon Airport (approx. 4 km as the crow flies), flights do not operate at night.
The UNESCO-listed "Cami de Cavalls" is just 100 meters away — perfect for walking to Calo Blanc, or for long hikes through protected nature areas, reaching fjord-like inlets such as Binidali and Biniparratx.
Menorca is a peaceful island ideal for family-friendly tourism, with a strong commitment to environmental protection (both land and marine parks).
