The home has recently been updated, reflecting a contemporary yet rustic aesthetic, highlighting the clean lines and expansive windows with breathtaking views. Both bedrooms serve as luxurious sanctuaries equipped with elegant en suite bathrooms, corner kiva fireplaces, and doors leading to the outside grounds; both bedrooms also lead to their own private outdoor patios. The gourmet kitchen opens onto an elegant dining room, creating an open space overlooking the newly designed living room. Just a few steps below and you will find the living room, showcasing a large, inviting fireplace and floor to ceiling windows directly facing the mountains and the desert terrain beyond. Once you step outside, you will discover native landscaping framing a sleek patio, ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding and looking out upon the majestic sunsets to the West.

The home is adjacent to 200 acres of the Santa Fe National Forest with multiple hiking trails that are available and easily accessible.

The pool opens Memorial Day Weekend through October, a pool waiver must be signed upon check-in for the acceptance of the pool keys.
