Dear Client, We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with our services and we apologize for not having been up to your expectations. We’d like to point out that the price difference between the public parking and our private garage is due to the different kind of service: The public area of the parking “Riviera” offers simples “open spaces” stand for cars. Their charge is € 2,50 per hour and if you do not move the car, the price for the 24h is € 20,00 which is the cost of the first 8 hours. In case you need to move the car, you pay for the hours of your stay (exemple: 2 hrs and 1 minute 7,50€) and when you are back and park again, the count starts anew from the beginning. The Laurin offers private boxes in a private area of the parking “Riviera”, each one closed by a shutter and it is for exclusive use of the client, who can dispose of the garage as an owner, getting in and out at leisure without any price change or extra charges. Besides this, the garage, as a plus, is also covered by the hotel insurance against eventual damages or stealing of the guest’s car. We wish you had asked for more information / explanations during your stay or at check-out so that you would not think to have been cheated and consequently accused us wrongly . Kindest regards.
